LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITION
- These terms and conditions applies to Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) from Ultra Racing (M) Sdn Bhd (“Ultra Racing”) for all vehicle safety bar purchased from Ultra Racing Headquarter or authorized dealer of Ultra Racing.
- The original official invoice must be presented when requesting warranty services. Ultra Racing offer no warranty service without original official invoice.
- The warranty is invalid unless the original official invoice is (a) endorsed with company stamp of Ultra Racing HQ or authorized dealer of Ultra Racing; and (b) not defaced or altered.
- Ultra Racing warrants all its vehicle safety bar against defect in materials or workmanship for five (5) years and its parts (a) accessories and (b) brackets for three (3) months from date of purchase. During this period, Ultra Racing will replace defective safety bar and its parts with new one without charge excluding installation and shipping fees. Any installation and shipping fees incurred shall be borne by the customer.
4.1 For local customer within Klang Valley, Malaysia – customer can make warranty claim at Ultra Racing Headquarter or authorized dealer of Ultra Racing.
4.2 For outstation (outside of Klang Valley) or overseas customer – customer can make warranty claim at authorized dealer of Ultra Racing or send back the serial number plate to Ultra Racing Headquarter and indicate preferred mode of shipment and destination address. All shipping and transportation costs incurred will be borne by customer. - For custom made & custom order vehicle safety bar, warranty is valid for 1 year only from date of purchase.
- Claim will only be processed after HQ received the defect vehicle safety bar or serial number plate.
- Any safety bar or part thereof replaced shall become the property of Ultra Racing.
- After five (5) years warranty for vehicle safety bar, warranty claim procedure is the same as outlined above for installation and shipping fees. However, customer are responsible for processing fees of RM50 per safety bar per time.
- This Warranty does not apply to (a) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dents and scratches, misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, abuse, accident; (b) product or part that has been modified including recoat or respray existing color of white to other color; (c) if Ultra Racing serial number plate has been removed or defaced or ; (d) Damaged product due to rusty which caused by natural disaster or acts of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning, raining, snowing, etc.
- For defective vehicle safety bar that has been discontinued, Ultra Racing will replace it with equivalent or lower value of vehicle safety bar of the same car model.
- All decisions by Ultra Racing in respect of the Warranty (including replacements or issues relating to defects of workmanship or materials) shall be conclusive and binding on the customer.
- Ultra Racing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
